The NatCon19 Pop-Up Shop
Over the years, the event swag shop at TeenPact Leadership Schools’ National Convention had struggled to connect its products and shopping environment with the event brand. Sales hovered around $3,000 and customer engagement was low. 
For National Convention 2019 (NatCon19), we worked with the event store manager to create a collection of limited edition products that supported the event experience and communicated the overarching theme of the event. We leaned into the brand values of wonder and happiness as we built a playful product line that captured the nostalgia of childhood and key themes of NatCon19. To showcase the new products, we developed an environmental pop-up shop space, signage, and digital marketing tools. Customer engagement soared throughout the event and final sales exceeded $20,000.
